Yoon is considered one of the last of the "old guard" among Linden Lab executives.</p>
<p>Admittedly, this is something that we <em>should</em> have seen coming, perhaps. Over the last few months Corporate and Business Development and Marketing has changed direction and been almost completely refit with new personnel.</p>
<p>It makes perfect sense that Yoon would look into moving on to other opportunities at this juncture.</p><p><a href="http://massively.joystiq.com/2009/04/08/corporate-development-vp-gene-ginsu-yoon-to-leave-linden-lab/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Corporate Development VP, Gene "Ginsu" Yoon to leave Linden Lab</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://massively.joystiq.com"><img src="http://massively.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Massively" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://massively.joystiq.com/2009/04/08/corporate-development-vp-gene-ginsu-yoon-to-leave-linden-lab/">Corporate Development VP, Gene "Ginsu" Yoon to leave Linden Lab</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://massively.joystiq.com">Massively</a> on Wed, 08 Apr 2009 13:00:00 EST. <p>Saxo Bank are a progressive investment bank, specializing in online trading, founded in Denmark in 1992 and have an evolving presence in <a target="_blank" href="http://massively.joystiq.com/tag/second-life"><em>Second Life</em></a>. With his strong background in macroeconomics and metals pricing you can expect Karsbol to have quite the contrasting opinion of the metaverse economy from Yoon.</p><p><a href="http://massively.joystiq.com/2007/11/11/metanomics-discussion-with-david-karsbol/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Metanomics discussion with David Karsbol</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://massively.joystiq.com"><img src="http://massively.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Massively" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://massively.joystiq.com/2007/11/11/metanomics-discussion-with-david-karsbol/">Metanomics discussion with David Karsbol</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://massively.joystiq.com">Massively</a> on Sun, 11 Nov 2007 21:30:00 EST. <p>The talk is <a href="http://metanomics.metaversed.com/" target="_blank">part of the <em>Metanomics</em> series of discussions and talks</a>, focusing on business and policy in the "metaverse" of virtual worlds. The <em><a href="http://massively.joystiq.com/tag/metanomics" target="_blank">Metanomics</a></em> audience includes game developers; executives managing real-world and virtual-world businesses; and scholars of business, economics, law and sociology.
