Jagged Alliance Online
The closed beta for Jagged Alliance Online is coming along nicely, and gamigo is ready to bring in another wave of beta testers. Would you like to be part of that wave? You're in luck because the Jagged Alliance Online team has given us 5,000 closed beta keys to hand out.

Rosh Online
Rosh Online may be a new title, but it'll have a familiar feeling to a lot of gamers thanks to its secondary title: The Return of Karos. A new game with familiar overtones will be attractive to those already familiar with Karos Online, but even if you didn't play in the first round, Ignited Games promises plenty of fun in this one.

Mythos -- now known as Mythos Global -- is on its third iteration and ready for closed beta testing. Will the third time truly be the charm? There's one way to find out: trying it for yourself.

The game will begin closed beta testing tomorrow, and if you're anxious to get in for a first look (and some bug hunting) we've got a closed beta key ready and waiting. Head over to our giveaway page to snag your key, then visit T3Fun to make an account if you haven't yet.

Once you're signed in you're set to go to the Mythos page and click "Apply for CBT". Enter your beta key when prompted, click "go," and you're all set! The beta period begins tomorrow, December 1st, and ends Monday, December 5th.

Are you one of the many people coming up for air this morning after a weekend chock full of Star Wars: The Old Republic beta testing? Have you yet to experience the game in much more than YouTube videos and reviews at this point? Either way, this is your lucky day, because the kind folks at BioWare have sent us a truckload of keys for the next round of SWTOR beta testing!

We have 75,000 keys to share with those of you who are registered for the testing program. What's that you say? You're not yet? Well, go remedy that quickly -- we'll wait. All set? Perfect! Now just grab a key from our giveaway page linked below and redeem it as soon as possible. This batch of beta keys MUST be redeemed by this Friday, November 18th, at 12:59 p.m. EST, at which time they will expire.

The date of the next round of testing has not been announced yet, but BioWare is clear that everyone with a key will receive an invitation approximately seven to 10 days before the test. When the test starts, BioWare will begin inviting groups of players every 24 hours until they've invited everyone with a key into the test. They also say that the test will run approximately four days, giving some players more time to play than others.

Also, BioWare has cautioned that if you're already a regular beta tester for SWTOR, don't grab one of these beta weekend keys as it may jeopardize your chances. More info on that is here.

We first heard about 8Realms back in May, and Jagex's social empire game has progressed to the closed beta stage of development. The development team has provided some fun incentives to join closed beta, including an iPod touch giveaway every day until August 17th.

If you're interested in trying the game, we've got beta key access for you. This giveaway has a bit of a twist, however, as we have a single code that can be used 3,000 times. All you need to do is visit the 8Realms signup page, log in with your Jagex account (or create an account if you don't have one), and when prompted to enter your beta key, enter "Columbus."

It's as simple as that for the first 3,000 Massively readers to enter the code, so head to the signup page and get your empire underway!

Perfect World Entertainment has been working on Rusty Hearts for a while now, and the company recently announced that it plans to debut the hack-'n'-slash title at this year's E3.

That's good news by itself, but we've got even more for you: closed beta keys! Rusty Hearts will enter closed beta in July, so you have plenty of time to get a key from our giveaway page, check out the game's site, and prepare to jump in and deal as much damage as is humanly possible when the beta gates open.

Last week we brought you the news that Drakensang Online is entering open beta next month. However, if you don't want to wait that long to try it, we've got just the thing for you: 2,000 closed beta keys!

All you need to do is head over to our giveaway page to pick up a key. Then go to Drakensang Online's main page, click "play now for free" to register, and enter your key in the field at the bottom of the registration window.

Drakensang Online is browser-based, so once you're registered, you're free to jump right in and start playing!

[Update: The techies for our giveaway page have let us know that there was an IP tracking issue with one of the servers. The problem has been fixed, and keys will now be distributed correctly. Last week, the powers that be at GamersFirst gave us 100 closed beta keys for APB: Reloaded. We shared them with our readers, and they proved to be a hot commodity! The keys were gone in the blink of an eye, scooped up by those lucky enough to be around at the right moment.

The Wakfu closed beta is continuing, and the game has captured the attention of quite a few MMO players.

Our recent beta key giveaway highlighted that interest -- we had 1,000 closed beta keys, and they were gone at no time at all. We got in touch with the folks at Square-Enix, who generously provided us with 1,000 more keys to share.

The process is the same as last time -- claim your key at our Wakfu closed beta giveaway page, then visit the game's site (note that these are the NA servers) to create an account. Once you've done that, go to the code entry page, log in, and enter your key.

Once that's done, you are free to install the game and play Wakfu!

With the closed beta underway for Mythos Europe, many players who tried the beta back when Flagship was developing the game are champing at the bit to get in. If you follow Massively on Twitter or Facebook, you've probably noticed our oh-so-casual mention of some Earthrise beta keys. The February 4th launch date is looming, and we've been waiting patiently for the go-ahead from Masthead Studios to distribute our stock of keys.

With the green light given this morning, we're happy to present 1,000 closed beta keys for you, all located on our handy giveaway page! Redeeming the key is pretty simple. Once you have your code, go to Earthrise's beta page and create an account. Then download the torrent using this link, install, and enjoy.

Do you need more cute in your life, or do you have a deep appreciation for tarot cards? If you said yes to either of those statements, then we here at Massively may just have the title for you. It's gPotato's newest free-to-play entry: Iris Online.

Information about the game is just starting to surface, but let me give you a brief rundown. You're a gypsy-fantasy-themed hero who's out to save the world by utilizing tarot cards. The cards can be used to enhance your weapons and armor, and you can have your hero's fortune told to lay on the buffs and other types of special boosts. The game also features 22 dungeons, each one tied into a specific major arcana card.

Plus it's cute, and you really can't argue with cute. Unless you want to be a cute hater, in which case I ask you to argue against this. (Conclusion: Don't be a cute hater.) But if all of this seems like it's up your alley, then I encourage you to jump after the break, where you can claim a key for the game! We've got 5,000 keys to give away, so there's plenty for everyone!

Charm is one of those words that, as a kid, I never really understood. I always pictured some southern gentleman, lemonade in hand, wooing powdered belles from his porch on a hot summer's day: that's how I defined it. But now I think I understand it so much more, and I often wonder why this industry seems to often ignore the word, or has no idea what it means. It's easiest to explain it this way:

You cannot be charming by acting cool. If you act cool, it comes out cheesy. The movie The Matrix, for example: trying to act so incredibly cool, but comes off only cheesy. You must simply be cool to be charming. You can also be truly wide-eyed, which is charming. Or innocent, which is much rarer, but still charming. Be warned: Top Gun was considered very cool, and Tom Cruise very charming, in their time. Shirley Temple, mainly because of the time period her movies were made in, is still charming. A Christmas Story is very, very charming. Reese Witherspoon's work in Election? Oozes charm. Roy Orbison? Cool and charming, despite looking like a grandmother.

The same applies to MMORPGs. Seriously. Some games are trying to be way too cool, and should just relax a bit. Be fun. I recently discovered one of the most charming games yet in Zentia.

A mystery beta? How does that work?

We've been given 100 keys for the early closed beta on an upcoming game that hasn't even been officially announced yet. As excited as we are about this, we still have to tiptoe around any hints that might give it away. So let's just call this the first in a projected series of games that includes both single-player and online aspects. It's described as both cooperative and competitive, covering a new genre for games.
