The final Create my Champion is in, and I think you'll all enjoy this one. BGBB -- or Bunny-go-BoomBoom -- turned out much better than I had hoped. Although, while there are many animal heads and ears to choose from in the character creator, bunny ears is strangely not one of them.

Munitions wasn't a power set that I'd been incredibly interested until I played this character. Cryptic has done a really amazing job creating a variety of guns and weaponry with which to obliterate your enemies. There's a power representing pretty much every firearm variant you'd expect: handgun, submachine gun, shotgun and assault rifle. I think there's even an uzi in there, although don't quote me on that one.

The screens just keep on rolling out from Champions Online, and they keep getting more impressive, too. The image above is the perfect example of the pretty pretty pictures the people at Cryptic have become capable of taking. Although we recommend checking out the others, as there are many images of hero types never before shown.

To be honest, we're sort of jealous, because lately our screens have been of hairy luchadors instead of an assault rifle toting, back-flipping upside down heroine.

However, we can take solace in the knowledge that in a mere month we'll have every waking hour to snap screens. Maybe then our dream of time-traveling cyborg knights battling underwater fish people wallpaper can finally come true. That, or we'll see a bunch of DC and Marvel comics ripoffs roaming the world.

This week's result was much different than the first week, which I think is quite good all-in-all. Here's the little bio I thought up for Runswith Scissorsman:

Runswith isn't a man to be trifled with, and if you don't believe me just take a look at the two giant swords he carries around everywhere he goes. His training with his master Jogswith Cleaversguy deep in the mountains was long and arduous. After he'd learned the secrets of really-big-swords-fu, the world shifted, became different than it had before. He could think faster, move faster and he could even run faster than he'd ever thought possible. No longer could he turn a blind eye to the terror of his arch Nemesis, Choke Letgo, whose sole purpose in life is manufacturing a doomsday weapon to choke the entire world -- to death.

Results are in for last week's first Create My Champion and it was a close call. Even I wasn't sure what character I'd be creating in Champions Online until the very last moment. Eventually, however, the balance was tipped in favor of The Grand Papillon! Of course, this week brings another vote, but before we get into that let's take a look at what has been created this week.

As you can see from the image above, The Grand Papillon has a dark and mysterious past. No, seriously, he does! Just think about it: Why does he wear a cat-adorned belt buckle? Well, only him and the man who killed Mr. Mittens know the truth.

Yes, it's true, you shouldn't be fooled by his good-natured demeanor and gloriously groomed mustache. Papillon is a man -- much like the legendary Inigo Montoya -- who seeks black retribution.

We've given you a look at Champions Online's character creation, combat and first five levels -- plus we just began our Create My Champion feature yesterday. Today, we're here to tell you about one of the two zones you'll encounter after completing the tutorial zone: Desert Crisis.

For this play-through we created a Force character with Jet Boots, who's a bit of Defender and The Comedian all rolled into one baddie-knocking hero. The force explosion power was especially fun and we discovered that taking the passive personal force field ability -- which reduces all incoming damage -- was a smart choice. Never underestimate a well-rounded character, especially when soloing.

The difference here is this feature will focus on the character creator, power sets and travel powers.
