The thing that really rankles me at the moment is that none of the game stores here in New Zealand appear to be getting anything OTHER than the bundles, EXCEPT for full bundle, which isn't being stocked, or even imported, anywhere.
This means I'm going to have to buy this game anywhere up to six times to get all the instruments I need to make sure my own software is compatible with all variants... Nine times, if similar crap ends up happening with the Squier. Which, frankly, blows :P
@AceJocelyn You obviously haven't been given a copy of the Geek Code of Conduct:

This is known as the "Everything always sucks, or else YOU do" rule ;)
Cynical? Never lol Personally, I can't wait to see what this keyboard can do for MMO gamers :)
Try Routes with SexyMap in HUD mode for extra awesomeness - displays your route in the main window instead of on the minimap, so you can keep your eyes on the road :)
I'm really, really hoping that this isn't just a clone of the keyboard sections in Guitar Hero...
Hopefully this involves either a new peripheral (thus allowing an enterprising programmer to use it to deliver cheap USB MIDI keyboards to the masses), or adding more buttons to the controller (which would delight users of MIDItar Hero and Armchair Guitarist no end - not to mention the developers of said products :))
Thank you for taking an interest in "Wormhole: Xtreme". We would, however, like to remind you that this show is a work of fiction - there is no US Air Force program involving travel to other planets, with or without theoretical wormhole devices.
We would request that you desist in these public allegations that there is more to this show than pure entertainment. Failure to comply may result in further action at our discretion.

*Sigh* Go to your minimap. Click the little down arrow in the bottom right hand corner. Select "go to bridge" in the menu.
Hey look, it's your bridge! Since beta, even!
Sure, it's not interactive, but it's there, you can explore it, you can invite your friends to explore it, and you can see your bridge officers at their posts. And since this isn't Bridge Commander 2, that's enough for me until they've sorted more important things out, like adding more content and variety.
Hmmm.... As someone who develops software for music game peripherals, I'll be really intrigued to see this controller... Probably not much point in introducing support for it in Armchair Guitarist (since it's so close to a real guitar that it makes the whole point of the app moot), but if it's got seperate buttons on it to support rhythm game play then I bet they could be adapted to use as extra MIDI controls...
"Bother," said Pooh, as he watched his software superceded a mere two months after its release ;) The only remaining hope for my poor, late to the party Armchair Guitarist is that this will be more expensive than existing plastic instruments :P
