Sep 20th 2010 4:25PM (Massively)Last weekend they had a Facebook contest where you had to comment on their Facebook post and they would pick five winners to receive a prize. After the contest ended they said they'd just go ahead and give everyone who commented the prize.
And the Facebook contest was while they had two other community contests going on.
Great community support.

Honestly, aren't most surveys like this purposely skewed in their wording by manufacturers so that any information gleaned from it is not detrimental to sales and/or public relations?

Shortages are MUCH easier to explain to stockholders than explaining warehouses full of unsold stock.
