This idea that the game took 1 year to westernise is not true. The reasons we are still waiting for it is because it launched early and they are waiting to have enough content for the western audience. Patches and updates will be as in-sync as possible (what they have promised - in case anyone is worried about that).
Also - the warrior is no longer a tank class - it has been progressively buffed in Korea to become a proper DPS alternative and is soon getting a combo system similar to that of the Rogue in WoW (hit enemies, gain points, spend point into various finishing moves etc...)
You will still get gold spamming because they will just circumvent the block. The multi-billion dollar industry of botting / farming / hacking / account stealing is not going to be annoyed by some silly IP block. The good customer will however.
