When I think Indie, I think of games that coders/designers/enthusiasts make in their free time. Games that don't seek to be successful; instead, they're made solely for the enjoyment of the developers with the possibility that outsiders happen to want to play it.

Same here. I sat around playing MMORPGs with friends from day to night for most of my teen life, and don't regret any of it. If we weren't on the computer, we would have been sitting around somewhere else doing nothing.

I think you only have a problem if you put your life on hold in order to play. But many of us simply have a ton of time to burn on absolutely nothing.

I grinded for 48 straight hours last year. It was a very strange feeling. I actually couldn't fall asleep afterwards. Like I said, it all felt very bizarre.

Yes, because endgame is the only time pvp is really "fair." Everyone the same level, with the same tier of equips.
