There is only one change that I am truly torn on and that is the consolidation of stats change, specifically the spell power / attack power stats. From a business standpoint this change makes perfect sense as it makes the game less difficult to play, thereby opening it up to more players. This means more subscription fees for Blizzard and that is good for their franchise.
From a skill standpoint this change makes no sense. I love how gearing right now requires some thought and is a choice based upon your spec, how you play it and your other gear. When this expansion comes out it is my fear that gear progression will be as simple as "oh I need more intellect/spirit/insert base stat here" The development team seems to have backed off their standpoint of "We would like to make the stats useful to you." (see mp5/spirit) and adopted, to an extreme of the community advocated "Remove the stat from my gear". I do believe that this is a bit too far on a change.
Rapture is currently bugged. It refunds you mana based upon the class that you are healing's mana pool.
I used to spec disc, heck I tried to champion the disc cause however it is the plain truth, not a myth, that disc is only viable due to the ease of raid content. Do your raids a favour, stop specing disc and come holy to a raid. The easy encounters get easier, and you are a more efficient healer.
The rapture bug, grace buff overwrite, imp DS buff overwrite and the divine aegis "working as intended" overwrite cripple the spec.
Just think, Greater Heal --> Penance is your best heal however you crit the GH putting a big bubble on your healing target, then one Penance crits and overwrites your big bubble with a small one. This is a minor example of a very common issue. Do yourself a favour, spec holy. Guardian Spirit is an excellent panic button for encounters.
