My biggest problem has been with guild chat not working. From some research I discovered that there is sometimes a bug when you make a guild that you can't type or read guild chat. Eventually fixed this by passing leadership, leaving the guild and then joining again.
Bioware needs to fix this bug soon, its very annoying to be the guildmaster and not be able to see chat. This bug also affects party chat and is just as annoying there.
There are 4 characters (classes) and each of these can use 2 weapons (subclasses) so its like there are 8 classes. The next class will be entirely ranged.
@Eamil She was on the box for Eye of the North, though not in a prominent way (Jora was on the cover). She has been a more central figure in the Guild Wars Beyond story, mostly Hearts of the North (obviously).
Vindictus would probably fit that description. You can't really pay to win and they don't really push the cash shop very hard. If you like the combat it is a pretty fun game.
A Tale in the Desert has had a very similar guild system for quite a long time now. You can join as many guilds as you want. Unlike GW2, you can see the guild chat for all of these guilds at the same time.
This system lead to guilds that were very specialized. Many people had one 'main' guild that they would share resources with and then joined a variety of guilds with purposes such as newbie mentoring, theorycrafting and just pure social guilds.
I'm very glad that GW2 is going with this guild system and I believe it would work well in a lot of MMOs. My only worry is that only being able to see one chat channel at a time will limit the system.
For instance, you might just be hanging out in your main PvE guild and miss that your PvP guild is running BGs because you can't see their chat.
I played Tales 1,2,3 and a bit of 5 and my favorite part of the game was the crafting systems, still the best of its kind I have found in any game. I think the main reason for this is, for much of the crafting, there is no set recipe. It is up to the player base to do research and discover how the system works (cooking and beer brewing as two examples).
Making an item usually requires much more interaction than just hitting the create button. For instance, to create charcoal you must add wood and water to a furnace at the correct times to keep the heat of the furnace at the perfect level.
Additionally there are aspects of crafting that actually require genuine skill to create the best items. Blacksmithing and glassblowing are two that come to mind. Making a perfect hatchet or shovel is a very difficult task and this encouraged trade as these items became highly valued.
Some of my best memories from ATiTD were from doing research to discover how certain systems worked. For those looking for an incredibly in-depth crafting system, I would recommend trying this game.

Does her justice much more than the low-rez character model.
