This game does nothing for me that would make me want to pay a sub fee. Go F2P and do better.

As much as I love free to play I think it would be the death of Eve as we know it if it went that route. I am completely fine with paying a sub fee on this game. It is actually the Only subscription game I have played since '05 with WoW, and a few months back in EQ and UO.


If people think griefing is bad now, just wait until every jackass doucher can jump into the game for free....

If it was really that bad that he was getting life threatening messages Massively owes it to the Eve community to report it to CCP. Those Goonswarm asshats need to be taught that there are consequences to their actions.

I honestly don't really care about suicide gankers, etc, etc, but this was a HUGE problem for almost anyone that was in a ship that could be almost insta-popped by the Tornado.

Also, if you think that suicide ganking is pvp I feel sorry for you. Are you also one of those people who talk crap over local after you 10 v 1 someone at a bubble camp?

I bet those "hard core" pvpers that one shot the carebears (so hard ass *sarcasm off*) and bounced around are crying tears of anger right now.

To this day I still love UO's 2.5d graphics. They are gritty and rough, not all cartoony and smooth. Love it.

I wish this jack*** (Mittani) would realize that every time he opens his mouth, every time he talks to goons, every time he throws the odd comment out about this whole situation that it just makes him look worse.

At first I could really care less about the whole situation. I play Eve and it does not affect me at all. Then after the ban/forced resignation the goons started flooding the forums. After that Mittani has repeatedly been on the goons voice coms/mail sending out these ridiculous "pep" talks about what they are going to do, and how they are going to deal with anyone who speaks poorly of them (media/in game). That is where things got annoying and started to piss me off.

I wish CCP would step up on this and perma ban him for his constant harassment through his goonswarm lemmings. After that they should dismantle goonswarm out of principle. Yeah scamming, ganking, etc are all fine, but when an entire group of players actively start harassing the Eve community, media sites, etc as a whole, they should be punished.

They have a free two week trial I believe. You should jump in and check for yourself. As someone stated earlier they had a huge population jump when the monocle debacle happened in Eve.
