I like the Wizard101 housing because it serves as a trophy of all of the journeys that I have done in the game. You can go into my House and see that I have gone through Wizard City and Krokotopia due to the decorations. I soon hope to have a ton of Grizzleheim and Marleybone artifacts soon.

Pretty unscientific but I play Wizard 101 (amongst other games) and there is not one single time that I am at a location where there is not at least one other player present. Additionally, the Commons of Wizard City is ALWAYS crowded no matter what time of day I seem to be playing (been there morning, afternoon, evening, and late late late). It is not cutting edge but it has many systems and a high fun factor for me and I tend to believe that it has 'millions' playing.

I have played many MMORPGs (WoW, Rift, LOTR) but Wizard101 has become my favorite for two reasons. The first is that I very much like the story. It is almost like a Fairy Tale that I am taking part in and each of the quests feeds into this overall story which I am enjoying very much. The second and more important thing is that my two daughters (8 and 4) are absolutely enthralled with this game and will sit with me for hours watching me play and ask questions about what I am doing. They even cheer and draw pictures of battles that I am fighting and I am very much enjoying the interaction we are sharing. They have never shown an interest in any other game that I have played but they are certainly enjoying this one. These two things combined with the other things I like about this game (housing, gardening, etc) ensure that I will be playing this one for a long while.
