I'm loving this game.. I just want it to go open beta so more folks can get in!

I'd sorta like to see games like this get auctioned off.. let another company buy the source and see what they can do with it instead of just flat out shutting it down or not updating it.

@Drunken Irish Sniper ..and what game are you such a fanboy of that you feel the need to trash Rift?

@Jesse A I would *almost* compare it to Guild Wars or maybe even Phantasy Star Online in the sense that you meet up in a central hub and join parties to go out on instanced PVE or PVP missions. The missions are timed so they won't take you all day to complete.

There is a "dungeon finder" tool to find groups that actually works pretty well. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes in a queue to find a PVE party and I suspect that'll take even less time when it goes free to play. The basic classes are there - Tank, Healer, DPS etc.

Your character levels up and remains persistent.. there's also an overworld you can solo through with quests.

Oh.. and jet packs for everyone!

Neat, I'd love to get in on this.. I wish they had a trial so I could at least see if it's going to run on my machine before I plop down $50.
