Theres a post on the main site telling people to apply their veteran rewards now (even if you are inactive) before Monday or else you wont be able to apply them!
Please learn how games are made, what a "development cycle" is, the timelines involved, and what exactly a "beta" is. Also take this time to understand how work...works, and that working with dozens of teams is how things are accomplished, not some powered individual who can seamlessly create content.
@(Unverified) Rift also got to work for themselves with their own IP and could make up as much as they wanted. Not that it excuses stuff, sure, but RIFT was done being developed long before public beta and didn't have the pressures of release that the PUBLIC gave TOR, let alone EA stockholders and Lucas.
We all demanded this game out to be done before it was ready, because we all REALLY wanted to play a Star Wars MMO. So yeah, it's rough for now, but I know I'm still having fun and in 3-6 months from now it will be an even better experience.
I don't understand the "why" behind people wanting something to be bad, rather than wanting it to get better and help them get there...
@Punkrawk Bbob It's like saying Halo wasn't innovative and a good game because it still had you shooting a gun from the first person perspective. CoD4 didn't have good multiplayer because you still fought on a map in 8v8 modes.
All the public hate of SWTOR has only made me love the game more I think. Totally not sad to see people canceling their subs.
