I am on Zikel, it once had 4 hour queues over 2,000 people and now there is hardly ever a wait to log in.

It did crash on Sunday night though, so maybe the pop limits are higher than they would like.

I reckon by next month though many players will have quit and the servers will be fine.

Uh, I've been seeing this screen since I first downloaded the beta. I've only installed it on Vmware but I see it every time...

Does anyone remember Mythic's promise for housing at launch? Then it was pushed back to "after launch / when ready" status. Well, it only took about 3 years for them to finally implement it.

Good writeup on EVE. I played when it launched in '03 for a few weeks, never really got into the social/economic side of the game - I think I took the shallow WoW approach at the time. Think it might be time to give this one a second look thanks to this post.

WTF is a "fido-dido" touchscreen? Can you guys please stop posting these damn Eee Touch mods until someone uses a touchscreen that is readily available, not some crap out of chinese sweatshop that you have to order on ebay.
