Blizzard yoinks Diablo III companion pets due to excessive cuteness

"Activision does NOTHING but manage Blizzards budget."

That like saying an engine does NOTHING but propel a car. Managing a company's budget has huge implications on how things are run.

Simply put, Blizzard needs money to run. Activision has the money and gets to decide how much Blizzard gets. You better believe there are conditions attached.

If Google and Wikipedia are so easy to use, then why didn't you use them prior to making yourself look like a tool?

On the DRM issue, if I'm out and about and wanting to play a game, the last thing I want to have to worry about is finding a WI-FI hotspot, let alone a free one. If they can't prove that it solves piracy problems, then they are purposefully inconveniencing me as a customer. You might be cool with that, but I'm not.

The Force is with SWTOR: EA stock bounces back, budget revealed

@PhelimReagh

Hmm, my calculations are a bit different.

800 people equals to about 50 bajillion dollars (excluding salary and free tacos). If it took them 13.7 years to develop the game, you're looking at 45 zillion space credits (not to mention the cost for all the pool parties, wine socials, and mixers). Then there's the baby's blood that Lucas demands for using his IP.

So yep, $200 million seems...off.

Oh, and made up numbers are still made up.
