Yeah I wish besides reporting news massively would delve deeper and bring up tougher topics like how bad of a company NEXON really is. I as well have a ticket open with NEXON going on 4 months now, zero replies..same auto-matted response crap! Yet you read how they are one of the biggest F2P publishers. Seems like they have zero issue taking your money and looking the other way....
This is a horrible way to draw in customers for your game when they can't even figure out their own internal issues on a huge planned weekend event..and then to just cancel it...yikes!
I agree, fix your games first. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal! Yet they are always touted as being one of the huge f2p money makers out there. They don't care 2 sh!ts about their customers, as long as they got your money they dont mind.
A friend and I both have a ticket open with dragon nest for 7 weeks now. Yaaah Nexon!
I so agree! Or even half it to like 5-7.50 a month. I guarantee you would get a lot more subs for any game.
I'm still baffled why the magic number has to be 15. So you're telling me it takes exactly 15 dollars a month for every game company, to keep up their servers. I highly doubt it! If someone came along and changed this amount lower, I bet they could become the new sub norm.
Yes that beta was more in house goal oriented beta. Not what I was talking about. They also mentioned that a larger beta in "January" would take place, which I was talking about!
So is them teasing/bragging, ha we get to play our game and you don't or what. Just announce the beta for this month like you mentioned on Reddit...So want to play this badly!
LOL contact NEXON, hah. If anyone knows anything about playing any game from them, they never ever answer submitted tickets. For a multi-million dollar company, they give 2 Sh!ts about its' consumer base who makes them what they are through F2P.
140 servers?? Sheesh, I sure hope these servers stay unlike a ton of other MMo's that open way too many servers at launch. Then to only to shrink them all later after the community whines about no ones on their server. Then you are forced to changed your name or add some prefix/suffix to your name, etc etc....Happens way too often, lets hope not here!
