A lawyer cannot argue defamation of character if the defendant didn't lie. Brendan DID NOT LIE he was telling exactly what happened. A judge would throw this out, wouldn't even be heard in a civil district court and the fact that the article was 'amended' just shows how bad Eve has gotten to its core.
