Encrypted Text: The lazy combat build, part 2

I believe that if you've got a lot of stuff that's dying extremely quickly, you'll put out higher DPS with Wound/Wound than Instant/Instant.

I may be wrong, but I seem to remember reading that when looking around for poisons.

The Daily Grind: Do social media tie-ins annoy you?

Mar 17th 2012 9:04AM (Massively)
Frankly? No. The number of people I actually have on my friends list on Facebook is incredibly low, because I don't need to know the inner mechinations of 100 friends from High School to whom I no longer speak. So, I use it to keep tabs on games I happen to enjoy playing.

Facebook no longer is social media for me; it's like my front-page of news!

What would people say if, story wise, they put it at the First Contact War?

For me, it wasn't that the ending wasn't great. I personally thought it made a nice bit of sense. It was just the way it was executed, and the whole *spoilers* thing was so far out of left field that it was nothing but WTF material. If the *spoilers* had been, say, Harbinger or something? I'd probably be really happy with how it ended, lack of closure aside.

I'm going to say your video issues are likely your settings. I usually play on "Recommended" (2/3 of the default settings) and had no issue at all with lighting. But turn it down a bit for performance, and suddenly lighting on characters that had no issue are very very dark. Almost like their textures are entirely black.

I can't decide if I should ramp up the graphics again for the nice looks and stay at 20-30 FPS, or ramp them down and get the weird graphics bugs, but nice SMOOTH gameplay...

I think we should all just agree that any gameplay change post Crucible with the new team is "long overdue". And welcome.
