@(Unverified) Also, as a former WoW player, battlegrounds are a joke. WoW players do not learn PvP in WoW. Sorry...they don't.

@(Unverified) Frankly, Rifting like that hasn't happened in quite a long time. Plus if you actually knew something, you'd know that a level 55 player cannot rift into a 25 level area. If you mean Abyss, well it's stated from the start that that is a open area for all levels.

I'm guessing you got ganked a lot and did a rage quit. No problem. You weren't the only one.

Now, saying that Aion has no PvP because of that is lunacy, that is PvP. Aion's PvP is flawed only in the area that who has the gear, wins. There's little skill involved. You're fast, you have gear, done. Win.

Now rifting? You're wrong. Now there's defensive buffs for each faction on each map and those only go off on selected weeks to engage in Rifting PvP and even then the low level areas still retain some percentage of the defensive buffs to prevent that.

You want to criticize? Feel free. Just do it with some useful information.

As it is now, you have plenty to do that isn't grind at all.

And frankly, only players that do not explore the game as it is NOW, have problems with leveling up.

I've seen new players getting to level 40 in less than three weeks.

Xp rewards have been greatly increased, and even money rewards...and now with the 2.1 drop rate patch, it's been insane.

Just from ONE Taloc's run I got items that once I vendored and sold them off, factored to over 4kk...and I'm actually one of the few unlucky ones that has yet to get gold gear from it...because it's been pouring.

The best example of self-perceived "elitism" I have ever encountered in this game was just last week.

I was in a PUG, all was going well, until the assassin in the group decided to complain over the fact that the rest of us, were bringing down the mobs (this after he used his version of Aether's Hold) and not letting him use the skill ( Crashing Wind Strike, I believe) he has to bring down the mob and hand out damage.

No. Seriously. This actually happened.

It's not like everyone in the group played together for ages, or that anyone was in vent discussing skills...no one could possibly guess that he'd use that skill at that specific time and stop themselves from using their own skills in time.

It was just so moronic. The mobs were getting killed, all was going well...why complain about something so stupid?

The assassin left the group soon after, along with the cleric (both from the same legion), who left the rest of us (that managed to finish the quests without dying or needing heals) a splendid line..."You don't put down what you don't put up!Noobs!".

Hahahaha...it was...amazing.

This event had actually been going on for a while in South Korea before it got out to the US and EU. If you want to put blame on anyone...blame NCWest?

It's far lesser grindy nowadays. They implemented a lot more xp and money rewards from the smallest of quests, plus solo instances.
