Arcane Brilliance: Mage glyphs in Mists of Pandaria

My guess on the mana gem glyph is that it isn't fully implemented. I think I saw another class's glyph that said something like "Your X returns 20% more health, but over 10 seconds instead of instantly." I think they will also do this for the mana gem glyph.

I like to play ranged dps classes, and my friends are making a Republic guild, so I will probably go with a Smuggler. I'm sure I will try a Jedi eventually, but I'll be going with one of the healing specs since I'm not a big fan of melee classes.
