I think it also has to do with the fact that he was the Chairman of the CSM. He was a public representative of the players of EVE Online.

He did something negative and was worried about being put in a negative light. Then people (TheMittani included?) do more negative things to fight off that negative image. I think I am seeing a pattern here.

If I ever realized I was in this situation I would stop playing the game. If he can not control himself, then he should not put himself in those situations (drunk or not). I would not hire a lawyer (since it keeps bring brought up) that gets emotional and makes irrational decisions.

@Space Cobra If it is true (bounty), then it is possible that it can be classified as harassment. This could possibly fall under terms of a TOS/EULA.
