SL needs a change manager, and not a legacy manager. To my knowledge, Mark Kingdon is such a change manager.
If you want to put further jobs at peril keep calling for legacy ways. Competitors have demonstrated how using the use case approach and how viral outreach to the mass market is acheived by using Facebook, so there is deductively no base for legacy ways.

All in all, these approaches are consistent with the implementation of the Virtual Quality Management principles Sustainability and Continuous Improvement (and Kaizen).
So every virtual business plan must extend its marketing system boundary lines to include an out-world (and consequently a mixed reality) approach, thus making the Out-World Newbie (with his problems, needs, requirements, and preferences etc.) the "target client" of any endeavour.
