Atlus has their work cut out for them with Pandora Saga. It's not a very good game IMO. I played the MyRosso version for a while. It has ugly character models, broken quests, horrible quest dialogue, no quest indicators over NPCs heads, slow paced combat, and several other things. I had lots of lag when I played it too, and the quest rewards needs to be revamped as well. The quest rewards were an absolute joke. I could barely afford arrows for my archer with the quest rewards that were given, and going out and grinding in games with combat as slow as Pandora Saga's is not much fun.
I'm taking a break from MMOs right now, but Luna Online was the last MMO I played, and it's pretty fun. It's a more lighthearted game, but it managed to hold my interest for 25 levels so far.
Pretty friendly community, and the most reasonably priced cash shop items you're going to find from Gpotato.
I have played a lot of bad MMOs in my life, but Alganon is THE biggest piece of crap I have ever played. This sorry excuse for a WOW ripoff is insulting. People have no idea what a WOW clone truly is until you play Alganon.
I'm fighting the urge to play WOW again. It's really hard to stay strong, since half the people in my office play WOW and they talk about it all day. Especially since Cataclysm.
Hellgate London is by far the worst offender of reuing enemy models I have ever seen. I never played it as an "MMO", but the fact that the game has like a 60 some hour single player campaign, and there are about 7 enemy models in the game (not including a few bosses), and that the game is about 90% combat.
After the first 4 missions you have already seen most of the enemies. Enemies scale up and get tougher with you, but they pretty much look the same and act the same. Ugh. Such a shame. Hellgate actually had quite a bit of potential.
I played Archlord back in the day for 35 levels after it went free to play, and it's actually a really good game IMO. Maybe not "subscription fee" good, but it makes an excellent F2P game. I highly recommend giving it a try.
It's funny that this post came up, I actually just realized a few days ago that Webzen had a Global service, and that they offered Archlord, so I downloaded the game once again. When I was creating my character, there was a question mark next to the available races and I was wondering what that was about. I guess this answers my question.
One more thing that I feel I should mention about Archlord. Back when I used to play it, Archlord had THE most fairly priced cash shop I have ever seen in an MMO. You could get 24 hour exp. boost for really cheap, and the great thing about the items, is that you could toggle them on and off. This way, time was only ticking away when you were grinding, and not when you were messing around in town. I hope they didn't mess with the cash shop prices.

Archlord preparing to launch new Dragon Scion race

Man this is so tempting.
