Some of my favorite games in the SMT series. I highly recommend them- the atmosphere and setting are amazing, and the story is really interesting. I do hope they release these stateside, I'd love to be able to play them again.
@Lt Cobalt Really? How odd, everyone I know who enjoys handheld gaming wants a Vita and I'm the only person I know with a 3DS (which is a shame, really, because I do enjoy my 3DS quite a lot).
@Granger This. The Last Blade is one of my all-time favorite fighting games, and I couldn't care less that it isn't played regularly in fighting game tournaments. Who gives a shit if a game isn't tournament viable? What matters is that it's fun. Same with DoA.
I usually pick the faction whose lore interests me the most: for example, I played on the Horde in WoW because, lore-wise, I could never stand the Alliance (particularly Varian Wrynn).
Same thing goes with Rift. I really wasn't fond of the Guardians, so I played the Defiance.
