Ummmm..The beta watch report is two sentences long and talks about two games that were removed from the list. "WHERE'S THE BEEF" ?

The point and click movement made my trial of the game very short.

FTP is the only subscription model my wife and I will use.The current economic state of the US and the world economies demands we spend less and save more.

I played Aion in beta...got the top end version at retail..and leveled 2 characters to 25+ and others to lower levels.I wanted to play the game for the rvr.I have never encountered a more poorly done mess(I'm being kind) when I entered the rift to xp.I don't know if it's been 'fixed" or not. My impression is the devs are clueless about what passes for polished high quality rvr even though the gold standard(DAOC) has been out for years and all they had to do was emulate an outstanding rvr oriented game.It will take a significant effort ..if ever to get me back to even try it.

I play AIka on and off.I continue to wish for a far more robust crafting system for this game.I fear it will never come.So...I continue to search.

Change is not inherently bad.Frequent unending tinkering will kill a game.DAOC is one example that comes to mind.

I have never was able to get interersted in the game. I signed up for beta immediately.

Make the game free to play....and you would be adding servers

Please let us know your thoughts/impressions on your revisit to WAR.

As an x 5 year DAOC vet....I still search for a game that approaches what DAOC had.I was in WAR beta and saw that disaster coming.If any of you see any new games that seem to offer the promise of a DAOC like experience...please let myself and others know.
