Shawn I demand this 'Larry' be flogged for his negative comments towards the one, great, EVE. Such blasphemy will not be tolerated and I will war dec Massively if some recourse isn't sought! If you aren't man enough to flog this cretin, at least bring Brendan on one of the next podcasts to talk about the glory that is EVE!
What players fail to want to understand is that expansions like Incarna and Dust 514 draw in new players, which means more income for the company. Therefore, these are higher priorities than than fixing rockets which would appease maybe 8% of the player base. I commend CCP for creating the CSM to bring in feedback from players and to help the company learn from it's playerbase, but the idea that the CSM is going to arrive in Iceland and everything they ask for is going to be immediately given is silly. CCP has grown from being a small little game designer to one of the most successful in the world. Let's give them a little more credit that they might actually know what they are doing....
I love your article and it's the main reason I read Massively every day. My article suggestions are:
-An article about what to put on a POS. How to defend it. What threats there are to it.
-How to effectively set up Overview. What are a couple basic setups for mining, pvp, mission running, etc...
-For fun do an article on the types of ships that CCP hasn't added yet that should. This would be fun to speculate on and I'm sure you'd get a lot of responses.
