@(Unverified) Completely agree. I've been enjoying the mentor system as Elyos and have not noticed a hindrance in grouping or mobs for lower level characters.
I completely agree. I often find myself not even paying attention to my experience bar or even the quest I am doing. It gets even more grand when tackling huge bosses with a large group of people.
I recall my first trip through Moria. It's a bit tricky to bring into realization the actual size of Khazad-dum when looking over the map provided in game. Turbine did a great job of making the mines feel like they have great levels and tiers between one another even though Moria, as a whole, is relatively flat.
It will be nice to see the 21st Hall populated again with adventurers!
Developers need to get away from the "beat WoW" mentality. WoW is a special case during a very fortunate time in the MMO industry. It provided access to a genre that most gamers had not yet experienced. This was the winning point for Blizzard. This is what got them so many subscribers.
I honestly believe it's the players that are ruining the current and future MMO industry. Their demands and expectations. Stop wishing and hoping for a WoW 2.
The token system is the main reason I really enjoy Vindictus. I play the game casually and so I always have a healthy stock of tokens available to continue playing.
Plus they create ways for you to acquire more tokens in-game (such as reviving allies).
GC (GamesCampus) MMO's are a great time killer. I'm still enjoying Soulmaster. However, their crafting system is very... tedious, when it comes to gathering at least. Not to mention they sport a good deal of their profit from those crafting scrolls. xP
