The game seems like a lot of fun. Too bad the griefers have so much room to play. I will never understand why this kind of anti-social behavior isn't made harder by the devs.

Any fight that requires extensive research to complete, or bosses that keeps healing themselves ;)

Too little too late. The last addons have ben disasters, and the server merges were brutal. Crafting up til this supposed addon has been... wait, what crafting? Skaven was introduced after years of waiting and drooling - only to be accessible for a few elite players at a time. Ridiculous nonsense.

Though not an easy feat, they managed to mess it up real bad, IMO. I had high hopes, and kept defending and playing the game for a long time (and having quite a bit of fun now and then), but WAR is dead to me now.

Mostly good changes and a good pack with the exception of the sad new dye options and the restrictive Skaven "monster-play" feature.

Feels more like one big scenario than open RvR, imo. But it coul turn out to be a hit, overall.

Lotro has most of these tools in place, and does a really good job of it as well. Vanity outfits, musical instruments, housing and venues make it a great game for roleplayers. You can customize your entire look. It's great for a "casual RP'er" such as myself. Check out Landroval, the un-official RP server.

My fav pet is the Puppy from DAoC - it even turned into a black kitten for halloween!
