My God people, have none of you ever made a lateral career move? Oh, most of you still wear a little hat with your uniform at work. First of all, anything technological (from IT to Development and everything in between) has a mercenary-like feel to it. No one stays at the same place for long, and if you see a similar position with a company whose product you dig more than the current employer, you take the job when offered. This is nothing Earth-shattering nor indicative of ArenaNet.

The guys at Undead Labs have ridiculous pedigree in MMO development, so to doubt them is to doubt what the genre is and will become. "OMG it's for console?! Fail." Yeah, fail like COD, Halo, Bioshock, Mass Effect... because the bulk of their playerbases aren't on console, right? I'd say to stop flexing your hardware epeen, but then you'd have to find it under the Cheetos bag.

Well in WoW you would do it if you wanted to twink a toon for one of the PVP brackets. Alas, Blizzard destroyed twinks and their battleground queue times are unbearable.

I have two daughters and don't rely on video games, movies or music to teach my kids what is and isn't proper. So in essence, if your kids end up being sluts or criminals, that's on you not some media source.
