Its all looks good, EXCEPT for the space combat.

I'm sorry I think I speak for most people when I say we would have preferred a space sim ala X-WING. or barring that a more simplied space sim like Battlefront.

And by the way Blaine, in the SW expanded universe there are Mining of Asteroids. It would have been much more interesting to borrowed a little from EVE vast space economic system and mixed it up with the crafting system of SW Galaxies which is arguably the best crafting system of any MMO.

I don't wish to criticize, but you guys took the lazy way out. Perhaps you didnt have the budget to do anything more elaborate but the truth is Nobody except 8 year olds wants to play a rail-shooter.

As its probably too late to change anything now, I would strongly urge you consider a more in depth space-exploration system (as Galaxies did) as part of an update or future add-on.

I got the email and I don't care. I quit the moment the 1 month free play expired and have absolutely no intention of going back. Enjoyed DDO and Warhammer far more. Looking forward to TOR and maybe STO, but if either of those come out in the poor condition that AOC did upon release Ill cancel them too.
