First computer that I had custom built before I knew how to myself, started making odd noises from one of the fans so I removed it, later on in the week I went to turn on the computer only to find that my PSU had a complete failure taking the motherboard, hard drive, and dvd drive along with it. Whole build cost me about $1,200...
