I don't believe there is any reason to post this. We all know that Amazon.de doesn't know jack about a release date. Once they have one it will be announced, and not through Amazon...
I completely understand what your talking about. I loved PS and it will always hold a special place in my heart. There is nothing like dropping out of a plane a thousand feet above an enemy base and surprising your enemy .
I did eventually leave the game for a lot of the same reasons. Taking over the same base over and over for no real apparent reason gets tedious. The terrain was a real eye sore imo. Nothing but the same colored snow/grass/rocks/trees throughout the whole universe.
I haven't really been following the game since it still seems like it's a long way off. The way you explain the new class system makes me think they are going for a more cookie-cutter class system. It all depends on how they do it but it might turn out to be a nice change as waiting 24 hours to respec in PS was always a pain.
As several have pointed out already the launch number WILL drop. It's not a matter of IF but a matter of HOW MANY. 1.5 Million is some sort of record and I congratulate them for it but I want to know how many subs they have 1, 3, 6, 12 months after launch.
Just give me RA2 on my browser/iPhone and I'll be happy.
Just to be clear, this is not the same Bioware that made previous Bioware games. The previous company that make the last several C&C games (i forgot their name) has been re-branded as Bioware and they are the ones making the new C&C games.

The Daily Grind: What's the fastest you've ever burned out on an MMO?
Dec 29th 2011 9:48AM (Massively)I'm in the same boat as you. I got 3 characters into their 20's and I'm liking the overall story but I need more content than this bare bone MMO.
