Everything, except a few noob weapons and some high end drops (which can still be bested by crafting), will be crafted. Consumables, ammo, guns, armor, vehicles, guild base structures, it will all be crafted.

I would join you as Tau, Kole, I really would. But the Adeptus Mechanicus are playable. The only thing better than that would be a Techmarine.

Even though you can learn every skill, you can only use a small fraction of them at any one time. You must have the equipment related to that skill equipped.
