@Space Cobra Big props to Elixabeth from Talk Tyria for the image. She is truly a creative genius. (And funny.)

@(Unverified) Go back and re-read the very first paragraph. If you click the link in the first sentence, you'll find the article you're thinking of.

@(Unverified) The unverified bug drives us as crazy as it does you guys. :( We've reported it to Aol's bug-fixing team what feels like a billion times trying to get them to fix it, and nada. (Unfortunately, that sort of thing is way out of our hands -- we literally do not have the access required to get in there and fix it ourselves.)

Shawn made a post on our forums about it with some suggestions for possible workarounds, maybe give them a try: http://massively.enjin.com/forum/m/1607038/viewthread/1047251-when-will-massively-fix-its-comment-system

@(Unverified) Okay, time to settle down. It's a bit much to suggest that someone should *lose his livelihood*, you know, the means of supporting his family, because you don't agree with what he said about an online game.

It's fine to disagree about various points of games -- discussion is what the comment section is for. But once you get so worked up that you start attacking the writer personally and suggesting he lose his job, it's time to step back.

Let's have a good discussion rather than an overwrought flame fest.

@Nyan You'll also note in this very post under "how to apply" that Shawn mentions Twitch TV.

Massively Speaking Episode 174

@(Unverified) That's the problem though, there never was "all that negative feedback." So many people got all up in arms about how much I hated TOR, conveniently ignoring the fact that I didn't hate it. Some quotes from the first time I played the game: "My impressions were of an extremely polished game"

"I found a nice balance between a game that held my hand and led me along and a game that allowed me to explore and find things on my own."

"I enjoyed the different choices in my conversations with NPCs, followed by the brief cinematics. The setup felt very novel and open to me, and I enjoyed thinking over my options before answering. "

"I was extremely impressed with how well-done it is."

The full version of that last quote is "All of that said, this game is just not for me. There's nothing wrong with it. On the contrary, I was extremely impressed with how well-done it is. But it didn't hit the right notes for me. "

No negative feedback. Good feedback. But it just didn't do it for me. I'm interested enough now to give it another go. That's all. No grand conspiracy, no shady dealings behind the scenes.

Also, it's Rubi, not Ruby.

@GLopez I'm confused about how you "know" we don't like WoW. Shawn owns it and has a fair amount of gameplay time under his belt, if I'm not mistaken. I tried it, and while it wasn't necessarily my thing, I don't have any animosity toward it. I view the game as I do any game that I didn't personally like: neutrally. I like some of what they do, I dislike some of what they do, just like any other game. Where are you getting this knowledge?
