My two part question..

I know that Atari own the license to NWN. With the Hasbro lawsuit brewing,and if this is a NWN mmo, can Hasbro put a block on it? Does Atari/Cryrtic have the rights to 4th edition rules or will they attempt to shoehorn 3rd (or 3.5) rules into a game?

I don't think that mmo genre has fallen. I think that the realization that many of games that you speak of came out way to early, and conducted their true beta testing on the backs of paying customers.

Most of these games could of waited a extra year before being released, and maybe they would be in better shape than they are now.

It's safe to say that the days of giving a mmo games slack for not being finished, and patching up later... are over.

I am looking forward to Warhammer 40k, but it will be with a wait and see attitude.

I was kinda of hopping for this game to follow DCU goings on right now. Nightwing as Batman, and Bruce Wayne's son as Robin, the aftermath of Darkest Night with the Lantern Crops, and the New Krypton storyline.

If there is a mmo that would find some life after being canceled ,DR would be the one. I like playing it in short bursts, and I think it would do well on a console system.

Not to disagree with using the examples of Disney and Pixar films (with FILM being the example). You are a bit wrong...ok a lot wrong. Have you ever seen the horrible spin offs from Disney/Pixar films that were on television? Buzz Lightyear of Star Command? The Legend of Tarzan? Hercules: The Animated Series? The Emperor" New School?

The Clone Wars cartoon is not that bad, considering the the film source.

Just for the record, and in my humble half-ass opinion...

All the crap movies and The Clone Wars did not ruin Star Wars for some people...
