I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure people drive automobiles outside the USA. Audiobooks are a way a lot of people pass the time commuting to work or taking road trips.

Also, I'm sure that the USA is not the only country that has blind people who enjoy books.

The problem with this suggestion is that every spriest can just macro SA to every ability, and you'd never need to even think about it. Not exactly good game design to do that.

I don't understand the question. Are you saying Mathias Lerner was Arthas' "good side"? If he's a projection/hallucination of an Old God, it's not Arthas or even a part of him. Therefore Arthas wouldn't be lying, since it wouldn't be him. Rossi was saying the heart itself was Arthas' good side, and if my memory serves, the heart is just an object, it doesn't say anything... I might need to go read the quest text to remember the specifics, but I just remember it making a lot more sense that Mathias Lerner was Yogg-Saron's way of making you weaken the Lich King, and to create more death and chaos.

...because Mathias Lerner is a figment of the Old God, not a part of Arthas. Maybe I'm thinking something different in terms of what you're asking though?
