Mar 1st 2012 9:20AM (Massively)Granted, Blizzard didn't put up a poll or anything. But the resounding demand on the WoW forums during Wrath of the Lich King was "everything is too easy!" So, when the difficulty was ramped up in Cataclysm, what happened? Two million subscribers lost.
Let's let the developers do what they are paid to do. Voting on things to be added or changed is not the way to do that. Contrary to what many players seem to think about whatever game they're playing - sorry, the developers know more about game design than you do and you aren't smarter than them.

You don't know what the situation was like, it could have been anything. Maybe the benefits were nice, and his family needed health insurance. Maybe they were paid more to make a bad game than they were to make a good game. You don't know, and simply saying "well he should have left" is, quite frankly, retarded.
Jobs aren't that easy to come by, especially something as cushy as video game development. There are millions of people who would kill for a job like that, even if it was working on a "bad" game.
Here's a chair son, sit the hell down. When you finish high school and actually get a job you can come back and tell me about how he should have just left and founded his own company.
