You cannot change crafting profession freely. The higher your level in a profession the more expensive it is to change to that profession. So to max out all the crafting professions and be self sufficient would be very very expensive. You really only want to focus on 2 professions, because it will be too expensive to change professions at higher levels. There will be lots of trade with crafted items.
I just got an MSI gtx 460 1GB cyclone OC yesterday. But I tend to upgrade the core components, cpu, motherboard and ram every 4th year. All I'm missing right now is an ssd, which I hope to get later this year.
I believe it has been previously said in an interview that zones on average are 3-4 times larger than in GW1. I agree that it would be really nice to see open borders between zones instead of the portals we have in Gw1.
Well.. it was my NC-Soft account that was hacked so they could change my Guild Wars password. My NC-Soft account and Guild Wars passwords were completely different. I have never had any account on any Guild Wars fansite. I have an account on Guild Wars 2 Guru, but my account information there are completely different from my NC-Soft and Guild Wars acounts. So from my perspective they couldn't have gotten my NC-Soft account info from any community site.
Anet calls it 'trading site' and I wonder what exatly do they mean by that?
My account was hacked about a week ago. They took all my gold and ectos and such, but left all my weapons. I don't play the game anymore so I don't care too much about it. At first I thought I had a keylogger so I formated my harddrives but it seems now that wasn't the case. This better not happen in GW2 Anet.
I think GW2 will take the mmo-experience to new levels, both artistically and from a gameplay perspective. If they can implement the event-system successfully and leave the old boring questing behind it will be something truly unique and revolutionary in the mmo-world. Naturally there will be a big learning curve for getting this right, but I think they will succed.
GW2 is the ONE game I have been looking the most forward to since it was announced two years ago, so I'll buy it pretty much no matter where they take it.
