Feb 16th 2011 11:42AM (Massively)I have been in beta since March 3, 2010 so a few days after the servers came up I was in. I have played MMO's since EQ live, I have played every game under the moon. This game gives the player total freedom to do what you want in game. IF you know the game Ryzom and Second Life, it is a combo of the 2. The features are unreal and deep. The animals in game grow, mate, migrate and spawn randomly throughout the map. The animal AI is truly unreal. The game has seasons, and certain vegetation will only grow during certain parts of the year. Some fish bite better during the day while others at night, but both can be caught any time. You can terraform the ground, change it to your needs or imagination. Crafting is the most realistic I have seen yet. You have to gather all the materials and when you put something together you can actually see where the parts go. Its fantastic.

'Set in the near future, Xsyon is an apocalyptic fable. The world draws its inspiration from history, mythology, and prophecies of the Apocalypse. Most aspects of modern life are now gone. The leaders of the new world, under the guidance of the reinvigorated once forgotten gods, have hidden traces of the scientific progress that led to the devastation of the earth. Modern vehicles, weapons, appliances, computer and even the books that describe these things are practically nowhere to be found."
