@Verus I dont know but wasn't there something about being able to skip Tortage once you have played through it for one time at least? I'm not sure though.

@(Unverified) you can select which parts of the client you want to download through the launcher. You can initially play with level 1-20 areas only, and then subsequently download more content as you progress through the game.

Assuming I do not own any SOE games yet, will the All Access Pass just cover all monthly fees for the games, leaving me with having to buy also the game/latest expansion for access, or is really everything covered in this 19.99$ a month?

@Krystalle Voecks: 3k concurrent players in one system is indeed a rarity. Jita (a trading hub system, usually extremely populated, for those unfamiliar with the game) gets locked at around 1,5k concurrent active players. That means, any battle of larger scale has to be announced to the Game Master team before it is carried out, to make sure additional server ressources are allocated to the nodes the battle takes place in.

I don't wan't to say these battles almost never occur. Just wanted to point out that 3k players in one system at the same time is not possible under normal conditions.

It's interesting how you immediately can distinct VG screenshots from other games. The art style and especially the bump mapping on the rocky surfaces which makes them look very rough and grainy is quite unique.
Great game that has grown pretty good over the years. However, even the best MMO out there can't be fun if there are not enough people to team up with.

Funny trailer. EVE is such a boring game. Unfortunately for you, World of Tanks, i like boring games. I think I just log back to EVE now.

CCP planned 6 hours for a complete move of all the servers to their new position, installation of internal network components, testing and putting the cluster back online. I don't think it would have been possible under perfect circumstances to perform all these actions in the given timeframe.

Searh for Graill's posts here on the site. He is doing the same thing with every MMO he comments on. Just don't take this guy too seriously.

I don't like Addons. Surely they improve your gaming experience to a certain degree. On the other hand side there are a lot of fake elitist players out there, who are using Addons like Gearscore (calculates a metascore of a player's equipment and enchantments) in World of Warcraft to judge other players. Addons like these affect the Community in a negative way.
