My best backup save? Hard to say, as I don't really have anything important squirreled away. I suppose I'd have to go with the first time I lost a drive to mechanical failure. Back then I had a 12" PowerBook G4 and .Mac. So with the included backup software, I filled several DVDs worth of music, photos and documents, where before I would have manually selected files to burn myself if and when I remembered. Not long after, the drive failed and though I was left without a notebook for the duration of the repair, most. Of my data was safe and sound.
