I'd love to pass one of these kits on to my little gamer, so far we're loving Wizards101.

But I can fix that, I’m the Fix-It-Up Chappie.

All my friends got pissed when they pulled Yoshida from XI. Looks like maybe Squeenix might be able to right this sinking ship. I'm not sold yet, but it's moving in the right direction, good job on Yoshida's end at least. As far as him needing a raise, I wouldn't doubt given the overall opinion of gamers of this game since he took the helm that he has already been given at least one.

The Daily Grind: Out of all your characters, who's the favorite?

My favorite is still my Necro from EQ, Barralis on MithMarr. Loved that toon, nothing like farming Tactics and some of the crazy crap you could pull off as a Necro.

@AlienFanatic

You are spot on sir, they aren't lost on the idea of creative marketing. I think TOR fare well, at least I hope it does. Need someone else out there pulling numbers in the millions even if it's only 1,000,000. I'm playing WoW but I'm by no means stuck on it... I mean I really just need to play something.

Hopefully this will take all the real Toolboxes out of LFD. On a side note, I hope EA/Bioware does well. Good studio, at least by my standards. Ya EA Mythic was a mess, but look at the Lead on that project. May as well have hired Brad McQuaid.

I was soloing on my Necro in Overthere just after Kunark came out. At about lvl 36 or so I decided I needed more money(who doesn't right!). And headed out to Mountains of Rathe to farm me some of the fabled Hill Giants. These guys dropped upwards of 40 plat per kill and at my lvl it would give XP too! How could I loose? The trip from Kunark took me about an hr. And once arriving in Rathe I ran into an odd mob, a Hippogriph of sorts. Ankhephenmut, the mob handily disbatched me and sent me back to my bind point in Overthere. The long naked run made me grumpy! =]

Choose My Adventure: Cue da ork-estra

As to the quests, I really liked the stunty quest line for the Greenskins. Loads of fun stuffing dorf's in barrels, then tossing them down the hill. I really liked the Greenskin starting area.

The Daily Grind: Do you like the idea of monetizing third-party utilities?

Jun 16th 2011 9:08AM (Massively)
It seems to me that these services were monetized some time ago. Look at Curse? All the advertising revenue they receive from their sites would hopefully cover any additional fee's. And at least from where I stand should they look to further charge me, I'll simply find another resource.
