The Daily Grind: Things that go bump in the night

The scariest I can remember must've been the Disc of Chaos from Eye of the North in Guild Wars. The mission leading up to it is long and really hard, and the even the Disc alone can thwart all these efforts, and he's got escorts. My fight with him was a 7-10 minute affair, with the assisting Asura robot NPCs tanking and my team damaging and healing for dear life.

The first mission in the Ring of Fire islands in Guild Wars Prophecies. It took me a week of trying, then I found a group where no one could communicate, and we beat it. The rest of the island was beaten the following day.

The Daily Grind: What's your most memorable MMO rite of passage?

I'm not too sure which is the better one:
A ) Getting the lvl 20 Warrior Armour in WoW and then raiding the Crossroads. Spent 5 hours in a row getting the various materials.
or
B ) Beating my first Guild Wars campaign. Felt so awesome.

Damn, forgot about this. I would really love to join in on this some time, but I currently 'lead' a guild of about 4-5 people, which I am loathe to leave, for reasons I could elaborate on.
So I thought; Alliance? A small 4-5 people guild, with both cape and hall, but default rating and no faction points, since it's designed for people with less than active schedules.

The Daily Grind: How bad is your altitis?

My altitis isn't that bad. I only got one character in WoW above lvl 30, and all of gy GW chars except for my main have shoddy gear and skillsets.

It'll mainly be Dead Space, some Monster Hunter, Modern Warfare 2 and maybe some Dark Messiah, when that bugger's installed.
