The fact is, the game was rushed, the game is not good in any sense of the word, and they're now putting things in they could have fit in if they just delayed the game.

And this attitude is almost 100% unwarranted in today's society. Everybody is connected to the internet, almost 100% of the time their PC is running. What's the problem with this? There will likely be an offline fix/crack/mode as well.

That's the point. Same can be said of Origin.

Trying to correct me on this is kinda rude, as it's a great, and probably the best, analogy one could have for what they're trying to claim here.

It's flawed logic, as cigarettes WILL cause cancer in almost anybody who smokes, but violence linked to video games usually occurs in individuals who have had more mental problems in their life beyond the violence.
