You maybe grind. But at least you want to grind because its so fun to do it.
Skill actually maters, and skilled player can even solo elite boss.
We were always told that twitch based open world MMO wouldnt work because the lag.
TERA proves them wrong. Open world ala WOW, no instances or shading whatsoever. And zero lag.
In fact the game looks better than Rift and runs much better , even on low end machines

Earthrise shutting down today

But there is just as far a game could go on budget.
I do blame developers for that - especially in case of Earthrise.
The game was just too ambitious. Especially on graphic area.
They should have gone from simpler easier to do ground, and build up.
Anyway.
Sad day for sandbox fans :(
