Addressing gold spam in Aion

We are all for banning spammers in the game. But sad to say, NcSoft is using the wrong approach by mass banning. It's the equivalent of shooting everything that moves! And to add salt to the wound, the bannings occurred on a Friday! Imagine the time lost waiting for customer support to resume operations and finally read your email! This move has really hurt a lot of Aion players. I've seen a lot of posts today from disgusted players.

Not a bad news at all for gamers from Euro. It's still a win-win situation for them since they get to have the MotionPlus. Now, since I read this article:

I dunno if I should still buy game consoles or still stick with online games like Warcaft since both games looks very interesting.

I don't think Wii Vitality Sensor will become a hit like other game peripherals. I'm planning to buy a Wii Fit Plus before Aion Online is launched but I won't be getting the Sensor in any way.

Let's say there are video game addicts, what's wrong with that? They even have foundations for those who needs treatments and such but has anyone bothered to check out real and alarming addictions like drugs? Is being addicted to video games worst than being addicted to drugs? I'd rather be addicted to games than to drugs and most parents would agree to that. I've also read an article: http://www.goarticles.com/cgi-bin/showa.cgi?C=1421576 which pointed a good effect of games in real world specially in times of crisis.

Personally, I don't find anything wrong with video games. Each media has bad and good influence in its market. Like TV, there was a time when TV addiction was the common problem in the household and now it's video games. Go get 'em Microsoft! As I was browsing the net for more info about these guys, I've found a website where the author reviews gold selling sites and guess what, Microsoft's bestfriend WoWMine is included. Is this already out in the market? I'm planning to stay away from WoW since my Rogue and Death Knight doesn't have the best gears and mounts yet since I didn't have enough gold. So, I tried my luck and I submitted an entry for a contest that can win me 500,000 gold just by simply giving a name to the twitter pig!
