i still don't get why this article (and every other wowinsider article) urges the reader to bite the bullet and grind argent tournament. for the horse? pets? some heirlooms? none of these things seem worth the crappy grind. is there something else i'm missing? it's not like you have to be a champion to do the raid content, right?
as for the holy changes, since i was never one to spam holy light at all costs and already do some spot healing on the raid most of the time (with the exception of that bastard mimiron), the changes seem good.
i guess it's true...there are just no women working at these companies. the uniformity of out of control female armor (anyone remember plate nipple protrusions from a few weeks ago?) drives me insane - every - single - time -
housing, a robust crafting system, player customization with consequences, and mounted combat seem very cool...and the game world looks great so far...but must every new offering go further down the pvp/fps rabbit hole? last i heard way more people in wow participate in pve endgame than in arena or other forms of pvp endgame. and plenty of us like bg's or open world pvp but still prefer to spend our time on carebear servers where we don't have to look over our shoulders every two seconds.
in conclusion, not everyone fits the pk profile...where's our new mmo? (the one that's not totally softcore, not a wow-ripoff, and doesn't pander to kids?)
all right fellas, after going back to the account that i first made in april which let me log in fine on the website and would not let me log on to the game (it said password didn't match username), i then made another account which gave me the same error. i then made a third account with a third email address. finally this one worked. i was able to log on and level to level 4 hooray :P
in conclusion, thank you all. if it weren't for your words of kind encouragement i would have never been able to enjoy this exciting game.
well, i just went back to check it out. i logged in to my account on frogster and before i can choose a server, i have to choose a "point package" which starts at $4.99 for 100 diamonds and goes up to $74.99 for 2000 diamonds. there is no free option. when i try to login with the account i made, it says i have to go register on frogster. am i just doing it wrong?
