I am stunned. The team went down to less than 30?! I knew Atari was dept at mismanaging STO, but I didn't know it had gone that far. This is incredible. To allow a AAA MMO with such name recognition to be stripped down to a skeleton crew is such a waste. With F2P at least, all we need now is some content.

If Bioware doesn't get their crap together and fix some major issues with SWTOR, those raiders may actually come back (some of them, anyway). Quite a few people are very displeased with SWTOR's gameplay (ability delay, anyone?) and general bugs. Not saying they all come back, maybe none of them will. SWTOR was a good attempt, but the the drop in execution is stunning to me.

I beat you by 24 hours, lol. No srsly, I canceled as well yesterday due to the exact same concerns. FAR too many glitches, bugs, and poor frame rate. NO MMO (no matter how much it is hyped) should perform that poorly out of the gate. If (big if) Bioware is able to get their game in smoothed out, I'll likely come back. Until then, at least I got a cool statue out of it.

Meanwhile, you KNOW gold sellers are going to eventually have a field day when they start selling in threads ABOUT the game (not just in the game).

I hate to say, you are right. At last check, no one is really using anything other Intel GMA chips with Atom processors. Atom 1.6ghz cpu is THE standard netbook processor. Even dual core atoms are pitifully slow doing ANYTHING. It CAN run WoW with a standard Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics chip . . . at somewhere between 5-10 fps.

If you are running through the countryside, killing regular mobs. Raids and cities will simply crash you or slow you to less than 2 fps. The Switchblade is TINY (7" screen), how are they going to use anything else but a GMA 950? Don't get me wrong, the keyboard/screen concept is freakin' awesome. But that chipset is pitiful, if they use existing Atom/GMA.

In short, this is the Justin Beiber of gaming rigs.

One day, there will be separate versions of stats and skills for pvp versus pve. but we'll likely be playing Worlds of Starcraft by then.

And that I think is what has alot of us worried about Cataclysm in general. There's been something nagging at the back of my head ever since I hit 85 on my warrior, but I couldn't quite nail it. There wasn't any single thing that I could point to and say 'AHA!' . I won't go so far as to say the warrior changes are sloppy but . . . if it ain't broke don't fix it. If you can't SEE it ain't broke, and you need to fix it anyway . . . that's what worries me.

As someone who has played wow on and off since 2006, I'm ready for new stuff. Old Azeroth is OLD. Get off mah lawn! old. Go back and play Warcraft III. Yeah. That's how old. I'm over being PAST ready for a new set of epic lore, heroes, and game technology.

You need to actually read my comments. You know, like 'Are players still scratching their heads at the NEW female's face?' and 'After releasing WoW and 2 expansions, how hard is it to make werewolves?'

Complaints about worgen models? Oh, you mean the ones that are still NOT DONE? Since August of 2009, STILL NOT DONE? Do female worgen have their dance yet? Do they have all their basic hair models yet? Are players still scratching their heads at the NEW female's face? Do we have worgen racial mou - oops, scratch that. I'll take Running Wild, okay, but really. Talk about cutting corners. And we're now in October to boot.

Blizzard is known for delays. Fine, whatever, we get that. But we excuse it because they put out some of the best quality in the industry. They are the Mercedes Benz of game development. Now if instead of an S class we get a Saturn . . . on top of the good, ol' fashioned Blizzard delay . . .what would player reaction be?

Crunchtime means nothing good because it puts extreme pressure on the devs, increases the risk of poor quality, makes impatient players grumpy and antsy, AND we still get the famous Blizzard delay. Gobbies have been nearly DONE for quite a while. Worgen are not (and who knows what else). And we are a mere 2 months from December 7th. I actually hope Blizzard says 'kay, kick it to January and do it right' instead of sticking to that December release date.

FYI Blizzard - there is *NO EXCUSE* that worgen (and this expansion) should be in this shape 2 months before a DELAYED release date. None. You guys simply don't give a damn anymore. After releasing WoW and 2 expansions, how hard is it to make werewolves? Blizzcon 2009 was in August, and we had basic, playable male worgen. Worgen should have been 'nearly' done A FREAKING YEAR AGO! *WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING FOR **OVER A YEAR**!!!!?*
