There are nasty problems with SK as it is discourages the taking of small upgrades. You *have* to do a mainspec /roll for items before passing down to offspec/sharding.
SK is deeply flawed (as is DKP or any cost based system) if it doesn't have a /roll for mainspec players before going to offspec.
This scenario happens all the time otherwise:
Boss 1 drops sword which is a slight upgrade for mainspec for a single character. He passes to not lose position in the list, as the next boss drops something that's really good. Item which could go to his mainspec goes into someone offspec (or more commonly) is sharded.
So your loot system there just happened to make someone take an upgrade they should have.
So you should drop the round robin causing part of your system (the list) or allow an open mainspec roll before dropping to offspec/sharding that doesn't effect the list.
Totem of pain: Enhancement shaman top tier talent. Impales enemy with totem, stunning them and causing massive damage.
Arcane Overload: Arcane mage hurts self and other with a stacking channelled spell. Could be warlock or spriest spell as well.
Staff Warrior: Arms warrior top tier talent allows use of agi staff as a weapon. Features many stuns.
Infest: DK spell causing worms to burst out of target, which then attack it.
Moonsoul Form: Balance druid temporary form like a cross between dispersion and hand of sanctuary
Honey Badger Form: Feral druid temporary form that just doesn't give a shit, like barkskin on steroids.
Pitlord bargain: Warlock sacrifices self to summon pit lord, which he then rides (impaled on it's horn or some such) as a vehicle as it melees a target.
Shotgun of the Light: Prot Talent Allowing Pallies to use guns instead of relics.
Roots of Life: Druid roots in place, gaining 50% damage reduction, and immunity to knock back.
Totem of Grimtotem: Allow the totems to be carried by the shaman, piercing their flesh causing a minor, but still noteworthy bleed while being carried.
Grab and shank: Allows rogue to channel a stun on a user, which also slowly drains their health
Impale: Warrior talent which is channeled, holds and bleeds user
Smiting of the Faithless: Pally spell which explodes the target like holy nova if they cast a spell, hurting them, and healing everyone around them.
Reprieve: Pallies who have the aggro of at least 1 target when they die get a 20% chance to be able to BR a la shaman.
You've exactly read that backwards: It greatly buffs bears and DK's
Currently, we have to stack stam stam stam stam stam and more stam, as we have these HUGE hits we are only mitigating with our armor.
After this nerf, we can stack avoidance again, as it will just reduce the frequency of hits of much smaller hits then we see in Heroic TOTC.
If I stacked dodge in TOTC instead of stam, I could be jibbed sometimes faster then lag would allow a heal to fix that situation. In icecrown, things won't hit THAT hard, so I can instead take off 300-600 stam and instead gem for avoidance, as 2 hits won't be instadeath for my anymore, so I can better do avoidance on the ones that do come in to lessen overall healer load.
