I really hope that the Gnomeregan/Echo Isle events aren't starting within the next 2-3 weeks because that coincides with my finals meaning I'll have zero time to log on and play what looks to be two really cool precursor events to the Cataclysm expansion.
I'm really excited for SW:TOR but I'm getting a little worried about whether or not they're actually going to deliver on some MMO standards. From the rumors that I've heard and the general feel that all the videos and previews have given, it seems like this game is going to go the way of a Guild Wars setup with mission hubs followed by instanced missions, which is fine for a pseudo-MMO without any monthly subscriptions but maybe not for one with. It's still pretty early on and Bioware hasn't let me down yet so we'll see as more is revealed.
There's been AOE problems since essentially the start of 2009, how have they seriously not addressed this yet? Or rather, how have they not gone about overhauling it in two of the major patches since then when that has been the main complaint about the class balancing in this game.
